It was a wonderful stay and great value for money. Will look to book with them again.

There was no landline in the room, enough toilet rolls or tissues to accommodate the number of guests in room nor air-conditioning.

Really nice place to stay would do it again.

Convenient location, easy to find. Lovely greeting upon arrival. Spa bath was great! Nice and clean!

The hot water was extremely hot and dangerous. The sliding door rollers need replacing.

Good

Handy location or an overnight stop before an early morning ferry. Good sized room that was comfortable enough for a family of five. Sheets and towels clean and fresh.

Cleanliness was ok overall, but some areas needed more attention. Shower didn't drain well, so feet were in a pool of water.

Tidy stay.

Lovely and clean sheets.

No hot chocolate, beds could of been more comfortable. Windows needed to be cleaned on the outside. Fridge needed to be updated.

Great staff and location!

Location was perfect, out of the hustle and bustle yet close to the city. Our room was great, I have 4 kids so it was really nice that there were 4 beds in arms reach of each other upstairs of the apartment which meant our children were together (I prefer this than them being scattered throughout an accommodation), beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay.

The sliding door didn’t lock barely holding with the bolt lock, we had to sleep with the door barricaded as I felt very unsafe and vulnerable - it was late at night when we checked in and after 9.30 when we noticed this however the next day I alerted them of the issue and they had the locks replaced and secured before we came back after our day out (also upon departure they gave us a 50% refund, they were so nice and really looked after us! I cannot explain enough just how hospitable the staff especially the manager she went above and beyond to put that issue right and make up for that issue).

Glad I stayed. I would probably visit again

Beds were very comfy. I was worried about motorway noise, but the room blocked out all the noise which was amazing

The curtain in the bedroom upstairs (2 single beds) was tangled terribly and wouldn’t close all the way. I had to spend about 10 minutes getting it untangled enough for it to close just enough so my daughter could sleep in there

Payment was not organised. Card details were added when booking was made but got told when i arrived that i had to pay. Created a lot of extra admin for us.

Price is affordable. Thank you! Will be staying here again if we going to Wellington again.

1)The staff allow us to check in early for $100 2) Quiet and safe location 3) Rooms were clean and suitable for our family of 6

1) Only 1 fan is available which is in the upper room. Would be good if you have 1 in the lower room as well. 2) The shower head in the bathroom were positioned low and we have to bent our knees to wash our hair.

All in all it was a good place to stay in and close to welly cbd

Food was great and some of the staff were really accomodating and helpful. Sorry don't know the names but they were the ones bringing the food in our room

Good value for money

The stuff were amazing, helpful,cheerful and polite. Compliments to the chef, the Indian curry is to die for, my fussy 10yr old finished all his burger and said best burger ever. Thank you for meeting all our needs,it's hard to satisfy 2adults and 2 fussy kids. The rooms were big,clean and comfortable.

Exceptional

The menu was simple and excellent. They need to ge a bar t license to serve alcohol and open restaurant to public room's abit out dated, especially the kitchenette. Uodate the stove and inside of kitchen cupboards need refurbishing toilet area needs to have a fan extractor. Staff are awesome and cater to your needs. Location of accommodation is handy to city airport and local supermarkets. Over it was an excellent and pleasant stay. Thank you, Michelle Jamaima, awesome chef PJ and housekeeping crew, making our stay like we were part of the CLM, and shall be back Room 211

Doesn’t look as fresh as in the pictures.

Location was good, beds comfortable, good parking and bathroom was clean.

I think they need to deep clean. The Kettle was disgustingly thick with dirt in the inside. The shower does not drain water. Most things are thick with dirt such as the light switches and there are questionable marks on the walls. I tried to use a hot plate in the kitchen that didn’t turn off for a few hours and no one was around to help. The walls are very thin, so you hear everyone running around drinking or whatever till all hours of the night. If you need anything through faults of their own then you have to run up and down to reception.

The location was good and easy to head into the city. The lady at the counter was really friendly.

It was a bit dated, the beds were not very comfortable and the guest information needs to be updated in the rooms.
